Get those abs burning, while helping with improving your core for Wushu, or any other martial art! Don’t have a belt? no problem, use a towel, or a resistance band!
You can do this workout alone, or add it to your strength and conditioning program. You can even add it at the end of your Wushu training.
How it works:
- 45 sec to 1 minute work per exercise
- 3 to 5 sets depending on your level
- 15 to 20 sec rest in between each exercise
- 45 sec rest between each set
Remember to do a proper warm up before trying this home or outside workout ! For better effect, and not loosing your flexibility, add a 10 minute stretching routine at the end of the workout. Jiayou ! 加油！
